I was psyched to go to Davao and try out the death-defying zipline in Camp Sabros. As in. I enjoyed the zipline kasi in Tagaytay, so I was 10 million percent sure na I could conquer the next level -- mga 3 levels up siguro. Kasi this particular zipline was 380 meters (pwede tandem, so ok lang kasi sabay kami ni Paulo, mga 20 seconds daw ito) then going back was 820 meters (around 40 seconds, PERO MAG-ISA KA NA LANG. MAG-ISA. ALMOST 1 KILOMETER NA MAG-ISA KA SA ERE. NAGHEHELLO SA MGA PUNO AT POTENTIAL LIGHTNING BOLTS. MAG-ISA.)
Ngayon pa lang, babasagin ko na and trip niyo and sasabihin na, I didn't muster enough courage to take the plunge. Haaay, maybe next time.
Leaving not-so-early in the morning
Hello, sunblock!
Ok, they looked fresh and happy and excited here. PERO, Kuya Driver # 2 a.k.a. Kuyang Ligaw was not particularly helpful driving along the extremely rocky mountainside. Smile na lang kami.
On our way up. #sanukendorsers
Haaangshweeet.
Emong cam

Brave soul #1
Brave souls #2 and #3
After the drama on the ledge, here's brave soul #4.

Multicab ride to the top of the mountain
Prepping for the almost-1-km flight
Supergirl! (or SuperKat!)

Ok, quits na tayo Jo. Alisin na kita sa list of non-ziplining-scaredy-cats in Tagaytay.
Together again.
Marang: Ang Kaaway ni Clarang.
We thought we could have lunch at the Camp, pero we just decided to go back to the city and have dinner at Jack's Ridge. For those of you who are planning to go to Camp Sabros, prepare your butts for the long, bumpy ride and get a Kuya Driver who has regard for human life. Hehe.
If you're looking for food photos, errr, I forget.
Alak na lang. Hehe.
Maginaw.
Emong is one with nature.
Magjowa.
Group shot! Whee!
Uwian na. Pagkauwi, may isang gutom (Paulo) pa rin. so kumain uli.
To be continued...
