3 Shades

Russian Red x Brave x Taupe

The Ultimate Throwback

Am sneaking in this post so I can consider my blog fully updated by the time I write about what is really going through my mind right now.

So, please prepare yourself for a photo dump of a year that was.

Hong Kong a.k.a the "Ang Binagyong Bakasyon Part 1"

This was my first Disney trip (and probably the last).
As you know, am not a fan of theme parks.  I chose this photo on purpose to show you that slippery, wet theme parks are no fun either.

This was where I first encountered these weird items of food preparation sorcery...

Leading me to the best tonkatsu I've ever had in my life.
#missingTonkichi

I think this was pork asado (or something) that Paulo really loved.
This was from a restaurant a few blocks from our hotel.  Wish I could remember where it was exactly.

Palawan a.k.a. "Ang Binagyong Bakasyon Part 2"
Folks, never plan outdoorsy vacations during off-peak seasons.  There's a reason why they're off-peak.

And then we had to wear plastic raincoat to protect us from the rain all throughout the trip.
No good photos either.

Singapore Part 1 a.k.a. "Walang Katapusang Lakaran"

Nice angle, Emong.

I miss my taong grasa hair.

Singapore Part 2 a.k.a. "Steady Weekend"

Under the moonlight.

Authentic chill crab for the win!

This is Julia.  I love her.

Tagaytay a.k.a. R&R

Chillax.

Tawilis + Bulalo + Steaming Rice + Coke (not in photo)

Super edit. Haha.

Singapore 3 a.k.a. Hell Week

I like airplane food.

Din Tai Fung for the best-est xiao long bao

Singapore war machines in Orchard.

F4 weekend!

Okay. That's it for now. Bye!

Thoughts That Come After 1 AM

I've been in blog limbo for the longest time.  This second sentence took me 14 minutes to type down because I am having a very (very, very) difficult time churning words out of my half-dead brain.  This third sentence is mocking its predecessor by trying to sound more witty.  And fails.

Meanwhile, super typhoon Yolanda devastates the central part of the Philippines.

A mockery of our justice system is in full swing, in live telecast.  The government sometimes reminds me of a travelling circus with clowns and hideous freaks.

Work sucks as usual.  My taxes still get deducted religiously, without fail from my pay check.

There is something seriously wrong with this system.

My close friend once told me that I should start with the man (or woman) in the mirror and ask him (or her) to change his (or her) ways.   Yes, Michael Jackson was a close friend of mine (BFF levels).  God rest his soul.

But I, too am just as lost as everyone else.
